A parcel of land bearing the lot number as indicated in the preliminary contract, which may be sold either as land only or with a house sold from plans, of the model identified in said preliminary contract, including the features, options, additions, and upgrades expressly provided for and accepted in the preliminary contract and its appendices, all in accordance with the written agreements entered into between the parties.

All elements, options, upgrades, additions, or work that are not specifically indicated and accepted in the preliminary contract and its appendices are expressly excluded from the sale, even if they were offered as options by the developer but not selected by the purchasers. No option, upgrade, or addition not expressly provided for in writing in the preliminary contract and its appendices is included in the sale. Model home and furnishings are for display purposes only.
