Single-family-home sales are up 22% from last year, and condominium sales are up 25.3%.
According to Barry Grooms, president of Florida Realtors, last September, the inventory of single-family-homes – statewide – fell to 2.2 months, the lowest level. As for the condominium and townhouse inventory, it was 5.1 months.
