To continue being happy, the prospect of a new address, where our happiness will be housed, will require more than ever the development of an action plan.
This action plan will be based on identifying what gives us joy.
Between the view of the water, which calls for serenity, and the garage space, which gives us a glimpse of leisure objects such as bicycles and golf bags, the wildest and simplest dreams take shape.

Over the coming weeks, the need to “see outside” will become more pressing, as the days grow shorter. Light will become our ally, and we’ll want to give it a rendezvous « at home ».
In search of a new living environment, we will want to opt for anti-reflective and anti-UV fabrics, letting the light in without the sometimes devastating effects. We will appreciate finding these details in the sets we visit.
Touches of elegance, such as cushions, mixed textures of wool, linen, cotton and silk will have everything to capture our attention.
We will also be sensitive to the islands of relaxation that will juxtapose those of work.
The search for a new property will go through our ability to identify our aspirations, which favor the creation of our new living space. We want to exploit the concept of the “real thing that counts” which will result in minimalist furniture… Simplicity leads to the essential!
Thus, we will define new territory limits for our everyday living environment.
Moreover, under the sun of Florida or that of Quebec, we will dare to clean up, put away even our preconceived ideas, as well as superfluous objects, in order to let ourselves be inhabited by wishes for places that breathe, and where it will be good to live.
Over the past few months, our fight against the pandemic has shown us that we all have unsuspected strengths.
I therefore wish us to pursue the achievement of our dreams in residential real estate with wisdom and respect, in all health.
