Q: What do you particularly like about your profession?

A: I really enjoy meeting people, finding out their stories, but above all making their real estate dreams come true.

Q: What did you do professionally before?

A: I was V-P digital marketing, in the advertising field, with a strong presence in customer service and business development.

Q: Three professional qualities that you are recognized for?

A: Perseverance; I always see things through to the end.

Trust; I make sure I earn it and keep it.

Loyalty; it’s even a personal value.

Q: What is your proudest personal & professional achievement?

A: On the personal side, I think it’s having had the courage of my ambitions, either to leave Quebec for France, to settle there, to integrate, to work, until the obtaining my French nationality. I stayed there for 10 years!

On the professional side, I say without hesitation the creation of my business as a Residential Real Estate Broker and the success I have achieved today.

Q: One thing most people don’t know about you?

A: I have been diagnosed with a serious disease, hemochromatosis. It is a disease that my father also has.

I went through several phases: I tamed this disease, I finally accepted it, I lived with it for many years, and I transformed it positively.

Today, I regularly donate blood to Héma-Québec with a dual objective:

1) I treat myself by renewing my blood every three months. It’s a must in my case.

2) I am happy to contribute to the blood bank. The supply depends on the generosity of donors, people anxious to share the very great wealth that circulates in their veins. Several thousand patients, children and adults, would not recover their health without our blood donations.

Q: Your best table?

A: The JATOBA restaurant, located in the heart of Montreal’s business district. The decor with the brick, the moldings, the design gives a warm atmosphere to this modern place.

Q: For a business lunch, where can we find you?

A: At the Holder restaurant on McGill or at Brasserie B in Outremont.

Q: A city that inspires you?

A: Florence, capital of Tuscany, Italy. It is a cosmopolitan city, there are many young people, and art is present everywhere (galleries, monuments, cathedrals, etc.). Everything is beautiful, and we eat very well.

Q: A trip you dream of?

A: New Zealand. It is a less popular destination, but it is famous for its wine routes and tastings.

Q: Your opinion on what distinguishes Quebec from the rest of the world?

A: The Quebec of today is a beautiful land of welcome, a meeting between several peoples and several cultures. Quebec culture shines all over the planet with our cutting-edge technology, our overflowing creativity, our international shows, and more!

Q: A designer who turns you on?

A: I would say Jean-Claude Poitras. He is a fashion designer, a multidisciplinary designer, a painter, journalist and more. He is a true artist who never stops renewing himself and I find him inspiring.

Q: Your philosophy of life?

A: A healthy mind in a healthy body.

Q: Three values ​​that define you?

A: Respect, transparency and openness.

Q: Causes that are close to your heart?

A: Cancer research; I admire researchers.

Blood donation; that goes without saying, given my hematochromatosis.

Q: Your definition of happiness?

A: Appreciate everyday life, see the beautiful, the good in the very little things.

Q: Anything that bothers you?

A: Aggressiveness… It’s a no, no!

Q: A gift to give to a friend?

A: Flowers; it’s always a pleasure!

Q: What will you be doing in 10-15 years?

A: I am passionate about real estate, I do not see myself leaving the industry. I will reinvent myself as an Advisor and Coach for young real estate brokers. I will also be a speaker.
